Description
I love redcurrants..their appearance and their taste. This year mine were the best ever and have been since jellied. i can recommend the recipe from Elizabeth David's 'Summer Cooking'...
Thanks for the interest in the Roman pan. i went to the museum to (try to) capture the Spitfire on display there but the results were awful! Another try , another day, perhaps. I have the Merlin engine ...if anyone is interested..... Jean
