Sitting in a water feature on a pedestrian walkway in town two weeks ago. It is winter in this part of the world - I could understand this activity in summer!
Maybe life just is not all it is quacked up to be...

I,m not sure your winters are as cold as we had last winter. From the way the bird "blows" up it's feathers, it seems to be freezing. Not a good place to sit then, even if there is no ice in the water.
