In addition to being an accomplished surgeon and physician, Dr. Tokokuba also holds degrees in biology, exobiology, botany and chemistry. Aidan lost his Samoan father and English mother, both Olympic decathlon medal winners, in a tragic accident when he was 7 years old. An only child, he was raised by his mother's sister, an Oxford professor. Aidan's aunt encouraged his natural athletic abilities but also challenged his intellect, exposing him to new opportunities whenever possible. At 6'6", he became captain of his rowing crew and followed in his parent's footsteps to compete in the Olympic decathlon, earning a bronze medal.
