Description
Lt Kelda Lim of Catulla is currently serving her fourth starship assignment in 5 years, the transfers were not at her request.
Technically adept at her job and gifted with the Catullan ability to hear frequencies beyond the human ear. Her previous commanders report that she performed admirably, and followed regulations to the letter, but simply put had an attitude problem.
