Description

This took me forever. First time I paint hair and I started over and over and deleted bits and pieces and started again and all lol Hope it gets better, I'm debating on putting a close-up image so you can see it better lol I didn't completely start from scratch, I painted over aoife hair from Daz but you can't see any of it anymore :) I also did a bit of postwork on the dress and added to it. A bit of Klimt influence Thank you to nfredman, his tutorial got me started on the technique to paint hair. Credits: Princess of the Forest outfit by Powerage Rio by Danae (V4 morph) I retouched her make-up a bit I started with a pose by Aery Soul for the legs but I did the top part from the hips up, using a photo of ByKato as a reference for the pose of the arms and hands: http://bykato.deviantart.com/art/ID-157271132 Braids are a freebie but I can't find where I downloaded it so I can't credit it for now Background by me: Used Klimty_3_backgrounds by Patterns-stock at DA for the background texture Klimt brushes by reb70 at DA Swirls brush set (cityinsurrender.com) available at DA by ditalento Hair painted by me :) Thank you for your constant support, I appreciate :)

ummmmmmm....WOW! Very beautiful and artistically done. Nearly a painting quality image, actually it is. If I wasn't a user of Poser/Daz I would have sworn you painted this by hand. Digital art is awesome especially when you make it look so real.

i love it! it combines some interesting abstract designs with strong representational work, and does it seamlessly and well. i think you did a beautiful job. you have enough space to do more without overworking it, but it looks great as is.
