Description

Another resident of the Monterey Bay Aquarium, cuttle fish are not really fish but molusks, like squid, Octopus and Nautilus. For photographers cuttlefish have a special historical significant - the ink the eject when startled or scared was one of the original ingredients in sepia dyes used in the early days of photography. Enjoy.

There was a video on cuttlefish not long ago. The way they move is so neat, and they are awesome. They are also very cute, surprisingly. The first I knew about them was from the cuttle bone my parakeets used. I would rather see them alive and well, though. ;c)
