Description

The wedding fever is running high here with my son's wedding 7 odds weeks away. (Sep 18th) Well, I purchased some material on Saturday for a couple of things they have asked me to make and just had a play with a very imperfect late July (winter) rose from my garden and a string of fresh water pearls. I kind of liked how it turned out! Thank you for popping in and for your much appreciated comments and favs on my last upload. I haven't been commenting much as I am crazy busy at work and I am also not feeling great... Funny aches and pains... must be old age! Stay well! Hugs Carin xx

I'd like to do more shots like this in our home studio...but first we need a home studio...top of the ironing board or the kitchen table should do though:) Great arrangement and end result.

Aches and Pains...yeah...sounds like wedding fever to me too! Next is the quivery stomach and the paradoxical drowsiness...you know, when you're sleepy and restless at precisely the same moment, followed by the urge to simply eat ice cream and shortbread cookies, while watching Star Trek DVDs. Anyway, now that I've rambled on and on about maladies and their quirky symptoms, I have to say that this is a wonderful, crisp, and quite romantic shot. I particularly like those pearls. My favorites are freshwater pearls and black pearls...there's just something about them. I think it's the shape and they way they make the light dance in surprising ways. The composition is marvelous too. In short, this is really stunning, very professional work! I like this a lot.
