Description

I guess it will be difficult to grow anything for a while after the lava had covered his land. As Gary's friend Peggy was helping him with things, she found an old rat trap. Gary says to her in humor, I finally got rid of the house rats, lol. Gary is such a good guy even in hard times. Not sure what plans Gary has now. Will show you the before picture on my next post, what his house looked like that is. Aloha and thank you for viewing

Excellent capture hated to here about your friends place, I've never seen anything like this in person and the destruction it leaves in its wake. There is such a deadly beauty in your captures, very interesting captures each one just as captivating as the next, excellent work!

Difficult to grow, but even more difficult to capture so beautifully! This is so incredible my Friend! It seems as though it's heading towards you... you know, it almost looks inviting.... scary and unreal; yet you always manage to fascinate me with these images... can't stop admiring! Excellent artwork!

Amazing, scary, and emotional. I do feel sorry for your friend, but his strength is in his humor.

I have heard from many people how the attitudes are different there than here - here, you would hear such a nashing of teeth, wailing, threats, cursing... I am sure Gary will find something he adapts to and he will go forward with all the very best stories of the house he once lived in under the lava... :-)

awesome image, lookes like a candle dripping and getting ready for the wax to harden... I was curious, what becomes of the land where Gary's house was... If he owned his home, did he own the land? And if he keeps the land and the lava stops flowing that way, how long before he can walk on it? Just some questions you might consider answering (if you want to or if you can) in a future post.

Like Gary's attitude of, If all you got is lemons, might as well make lemonade! Like the look of the lava's consistency in this superb image!
