The poem is my original, please don't copy without my permission. When I put this poem on my web site I used the song Smooth by Santana as the background music, I love that song. I also wrote a more detailed version of this in a short story. Her Dancing... She now dreams of the days, When she was so young. Then she was always dancing, Something she dearly loved. People said she was sure to Become a star on the stage. Everyone for her dancing Had nothing but the utmost praise. However one day long ago, She met her life's soul mate. Her thoughts then turned only To this man showering her with love. She changed her dreams, As her life took this different turn. She no longer had time for dance, But for it she never lost her love. Her many years with her husband, Has been always very happy ones. She now has no regrets how he Changed her life that day they met. There has been many times, She went dancing with her love. However her home and family, Had become what she was dreaming of. Now after these many years, She has returned to the dance. She teaches her skills to young girls, Dreaming maybe one will be a star. Her great love for the dance and Her talent she is now sharing. While she makes their dreams her dream As she bestows on them her love.
