Description

First off, yes I skipped Aurora and Cinderella. I'll be back to Cinderella; not to Aurora (sorry, T&B). My changes to Ariel are less drastic but more fundamental than any changes I made to Snow White. First off, green and purple should never, ever, ever go together! Blue made more sense, anyway. I switched her eye color and tail color subconsciously, actually. Disney always poses Ariel in a dreamy sort of pose, but to me daydreaming is more the province of Belle. To me the thing that set Ariel apart was her spunky attitude, so that's what I aimed to capture with her pose and expression. Her human daydreaming is still expressed through the human objects surrounding her. Next image is a bit of a surprise and that's all I'm saying. ;)

A nice version of Ariel. Of course, she got Disneyfied like the rest of them - she croaks in the original version written by the depressive childrens' author Hans Christian Anderson. You totally captured the attitude.
