Description

On my rounds through the garden - I had spotted the cutest little - almost miniscule bird feather, caught in the grass - how can I resist ? another photo opportunity ! The only thing was, that I had to bring it indoors - because the slightest little breeze kept it constantly moving and I was ending up with a lots of big blurs... ...and with a magic wand I created a hologram for more of an interesting effect. Cheers *BB*

This is beautiful. The effect must be a 'blondeblurr' and have you noticed it looks like a porcupine? Lol.

In ancient tradition, feathers, usually in triumvirate, symbolized charity, hope, and faith. This one looks like a feather of hope. Super image BB. It's nicely accomplished with the magic of your wand. :-)

Mmm...here I was thinking this was going to be about boxers and broken noses, but it's more of a case of me and my shadow...er, hologram ! Looks tricky to do a macro capture, so I think you have done a great job and topped off with some rather inventive postworkings :o) ~Cheers~

Beautiful! I love the wood background combined with the lighting it feels like an old picture. I like your creative touch but now that jayfar mentions it, it does look like a porcupine. A very lucky find in your garden.

Great shot and postwork! I too have problems with the wind when I try to capture flowers, but if so, I just hold 'em still with one hand and take the shot with the other hand...
