Description
Bonjour,
I have the pleasure to submit you the new works ‘s paintings .Always around of the them “Eternal Return” ‘s F.W. NIETZSCHE and my symbolist approach.
Why alleys in town or village ? When one walk or move along to roads or motorways ,we go from point to an other point. It’s all ! It’s little. Into the alleys ,one look , one lose one’s way ,one turn and return ,… etc … With pleasure or unpleasure ,with happiness or as well suffering. The world with the life of peoples from all countries ,all believes ,all superstitions ,tragedies , happinesses, arts,….etc…The colors of the live .
I have tried to translate this idea. “ If the life don’t you love, love the life..”…..
Outcomes my yearly travels in Morocco and Egypt ,I have used my villages or little towns ‘s memories.
Fourteenth painting :UNDER THE “ CAUDINES PITCHFORKS” OF THE TIME (Tanger alley –North Morocco)
“ The old age is a disaster “ said De Gaulle ….We can being all right or…no ,of course.
This painting is an analogy with the event that everybody know when the Roman army defeated by the Samnites in 321 B.J.C. must marching past under the yoke . The alley arches and the old peoples which I have met in my travel in TANGER have inspired me this work.
Real format after print (art paper or canvas) : 81 x 60 cm.
Technique: Hand numeric paint and fractal elements ( Apophysis)

Abdelkader, sitting on his stool in the sun, home to his small son on her lap Murad, later, overcome by age and fatigue of work, both old woman fall under the yoke of Time. Fatima began quietly Lane, backpack for races. Ahmed and gently Zaia discuss their future ... a corner of the country, one or more families chatting in the hot sun. In the distance, up the street ... Phemlinas follows her friends with the privilege of a pleasant holiday to one week in Morocco ... I still love that!

But while people in the alleys is the protagonist, on roads or highways so is the structure. We should look more into our lane before hitting the road. Splendid work!

This image is an emotional journey in time, with their different colors, in its different stages and steps ... confronts us with the curiosity, with the hope ,yet, with the haste of it all. The routines of daily life so connected to despair . I feel emptiness there... perhaps the sadness of waiting. And that faraway look that reflects knowledge and wisdom, as if to say: It was so...so it will be in the same way, that the elements of nature are and will be the support of existence. It is a wonderful painting, in all meanings...and words are not enough! Thank you, Jean
