Description

One of my backyard cosmos. When I took this photo the background was nearly all white, so I did a little post-work to even out the background and bring out the flower, this is what I came up with. I have taken a lot of photos the past couple of weeks, here and in the park. I just haven't had a lot of time to go through them. I think they are mostly deleters :) Gosh, my husband has 2 days off in the middle of the week, and I have been thinking it is Sunday all day long :P It's Wednesday... lol. Happy Hump Day! Say, if I didn't know better, I would say that is a shredded pumpkin on a stick, Melinda. That said, a most excellent cosmos composition of clarity, color and texture contrasted against the pure white background, young lady! And I bet you're happy we've had a relatively cool summer so far.
