Description
It was there one day and gone the next. it sprang up over night altering the landscape and perception of that area. It added to it, filled it out and gave that corner new depth. It fitted as if it had always been there, part of the vision scape for there. It looked good like it belonged and on a quick glance it did.
But then one looks closer, and sees it not what its supposed to be, its not part of anything or any regular form, its alien and foreign and does not belong or fit. It's a facade, a front, something it not, perhaps to some a blight on the landscape,to others maybe something exciting, perhaps something to discuss over tea. It sits and does what its supposed to do, likes its life as its character dictates then is no more, as if it never really was.
The building facade was part of a the " Hulk " movie set shot where I live...........thanks for the peek

It sure do look solid until you look in the windows. I wonder if these are the stores where airheads do their shopping?

I love the amount of depth and meaning in this. It's absolutely beautiful (both the depth and the photo).

Takes the term "false front" to a whole new level. Fun shot and so well done in b/w

b/w works so well to bring an antiquity feel to a simple facade
