Description

I really wanted to play around with Stonemason's new city ruins, so I guess this is what came of it. It's sort of a day after kind of thing where the big event is over and the city continues to slowly crumble and burn, leaving what exactly happened up the viewer. To complete the environment, I also made use of Mr. Sparky's ruined city and debris pack as well as some buildings and materials MRX3010's Shattered Worlds series. As always, setup and render in Vue, postwork in Photoshop. Thanks for looking!

Fine illustration, I can easily see this as a matte-type background in a film. Quality detail as always.

Well, after seeing this image the rest of us can pretty much pack it in, eh? A superb render with lots of appropriate detail. The composition and lighting and post-work are all excellent, as is usual for you. This does look like a matte painting for a cinematic production. Congratulations on another fine piece!

excellent scene! needs nothing added, what it leaves to the imagination of how it got that way is better than any zombies, aliens, or whatever you could add.
