Description

The ruins of the castle Rodenstein. The castle Rodenstein was built in the middle of the 13th Century. There is an old legend that in nights with thunder and lightning a wild horde of ghost knights comes from the castle and rides through the valley. I can only say that until now I have not seen them yet. :) Thanks for looking. I wish you all a great week.

It looks like a storm is brewing just now in the sky, so you may get to see the knights yet! We can hope. It is so green it almost looks like a rain forest ruin. It's a beautiful place.
