Description

The ruins of the castle Rodenstein. The castle Rodenstein was built in the middle of the 13th Century. There is an old legend that in nights with thunder and lightning a wild horde of ghost knights comes from the castle and rides through the valley. I can only say that until now I have not seen them yet. :) Thanks for looking. I wish you all a great week.

Wonderful work and very pretty lighting! Visiting such a place I often cannot believe that humans lived there: Small rooms, narrow doorways, all was very primitive, where is all the romantic atmosphere from great historic films? But our historians are not lyers; living in medevial times must been much more heavy as we believe.
