Been awhile since I updated this, so here goes.
I am a published journalist and role-playing game writer, and I've gone "pro" with my CG art over the last year or so as well. While I've been writing for about 20 years now, the art's still fairly new to me.
Most of the art you'll find is either of my own intellectual properties, or art I've created for other companies and clients.
I like "big" science fiction epics, RPG-related stuff, pin-up art and just plain good work of any kind.
I'm not here as much as I used to be, as the art aspect of this has grown from hobby to professional work, taking a good chunk of my time. But drop me a site mail and I'll get it if you have any questions.

Very cool! This structure looks like it would be equally at home sunk into a terrain on the planet surface.

Very imaginative. Kudos!

Actually JCD is right.. That creation looks multi-funtional, and could be used in various scenarios and scenes. Very good story image and modeling!

FANTASTICA.

Excellent model creation and realization. Nicely done.
CyroXero
I think something a mile across is a little too small to house 1 million people. 5 miles could probably do it. Awesome picture.

Very cool! Add some propulsion and they could be flying cities like James Blish. And they could escape if the war got bad. And while CryoXero is right that a million people is pretty tight by today's standards, if we think of it in terms of volume - with the lower decks a couple of thousand feet high, then it's probably about right.

Nice piece of modeling; and I like the way you've arranged the elements in this picture.
