Description

It was the patterns, that these Milkweed seeds made, that caught my eye. I think that there is a grasshopper under the Milkweed seed pod. Still at the Garden in the Woods, in Framingham, Massachusetts. Great in zoom mode. Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments. They are very much appreciated. Great capture! are you sure that is what they are and not the pods for the Body Snatchers?

I got some of these seeds and was so excited I was going to grow them and have butterflies everywhere...but they never sprouted for me. :-( This is a great macro of the pod.
