Description
First of all, thanks for coming and having a look at my latest work. Please do feel free to leave a comment if you like or dislike what you see.
I don't have much to say about this particular Poser 7 rendering except that I intended it to centre on the Bee character by DarkStarRising. Though Bee obviously has something on her mind.
Every so often I just feel the urge to assemble a scene without much of a back story. These renderings tend to grow organically over a stretch of time as I try to determine how I want them to go. The process can take days, weeks or many months sometimes. This one I started working on about six months ago and I have tinkered with it on and off since then. I hope you enjoy it.
It also took a while to settle on a title. The most recent working title was 'Deduct One Point From My Purity Score', a reference to 'The Purity Test', a popular drinking game during my undergrad days - alas I always scored rather high then, less so now. Another title was 'Mischief', but I have another use for that one so I shelved it. And, of coarse, I long for the day that I can entitle a piece 'This Is For That Night In Tanja, Sucker', a sop to the romantic in me. Finally though I settled for the more enigmatic and somewhat contradictory title used here. I like to keep people scratching their heads.
Did I say that I didn't have much to say?

And I thought you Canadians were so polite! LOL. Great title and composition. Being an aging punk rocker, I LOVE the attitude. There's a kind of modern Xena: Warrior Princess vibe to this one and I can just imagine what she must be saying. Great work. Aside: As I recall, Mr.Black (no relation), is presently cooling his heels in the gray bar hotel for the next several years. Perhaps he should go to South America when he gets out as no one in North America wants him around. I mean, c'mon, how could anybody denounce Canada? The Sun Times is still nominally around and is presently occupying rather generic digs on (I believe) Orleans Ave. The stories I could tell you about working at that paper in the Eighties and early Nineties... Newspaper people are a strange lot.
