I have named this one Celestial Heights in part for the bridge at the waters edge which looks like a cross over point to the Celestial Kingdom. Situated atop of the Sugarloaf Boulder of White Ink Stone is a pavilion from which one might be bale to garner a truly panoramic view of this region of the Pearl River Delta. Note there is another pavilion atop the second peak in the far right of this shot. For those of you unaware, the lake in the foreground is reputed to be the birthplace of the Gold Fish and Koi. Also taken from the waters of this estuarine portage lake are what are commonly called red tailed sharks. These are a brown fish with a bight orange to red dorsal fin and tail. They are not in fact sharks but a fresh water loach more akin to a catfish which are also prevalent in this lake. Fish husbandry began in this lake as far back in time as a thousand years before Christ. That is to say they were breeding and keeping fish as one might do chickens or herd animals.
