Description

Here is another shot of the Flying Pavilions. I believe this one to be the most spectacular of all. This was shot from the west bank of Seven Star Lake, in China, Guangdong Province, Zhaoqing City. Speaking of Zhaoqing, we hear in the states so much talk of the pollution caused by China, and to an extent it is true, however what we do not consider is how we in the USA had killed Lake Eerie with phosphates from laundry detergents, and made the fish of the great lakes inedible thanks to mercury poisoning caused by the production of chrome bumper. As for the people in this region, bags of rice are marked "Organic, Pesticide Free, No Gene Splicing..." etc., and the topic for discussion is how to remove or eliminate pollution. If the village elders were still wearing Ho Chi Minh sandals and grew out their hair, you'd swear they were tree hugging hippies! I had to reduce the image size to 1775X1065 to fit it on the site. I wish there were another way, but alas, we are still limited to 200K file size. Still the full view will make nice wall paper if you stretch it out. I hope you enjoy viewing this scene as much as I did shooting and doing post work.

I think there is no country that is not causing pollution.one can find beauty almost any where if they open their minds, also pollution.I seen both when I visited parts of the orient. the physical pollution is one serious thing, but just the same the political pollution of rhetoric and name calling is just as bad often resulting in death much faster than pollution
