This was taken on the West Somerset Railway at Bishops Lydeard near Taunton.
Note the people blocking their ears!

I know they use coal, I know they make much noise and I know that when one alights from the carriage, sooty bits abound over trouser and skirt, but I simply don't care. There is nothing else known to man which is more beautiful than a steam train! Fabulous image! First class! ^=^
