Great Image. I'm assuming the spray and wake is post work, but I'd be curious to know if the water texture is procedural or photographic? Nice job!

a wonderful example... it's very exciting! i always look for the horizon treatment, and how the ship slices the water, both are perfect here! just maybe the ship is a bit clean, 5min with painter would fix that, so it's no demerits! 10+

I'd say a mojority of this is post work cause the water itself is terrain formed too look like waves with a water type texture.. the mist is all airbrush white and the wake and ship splashes is blur or push trails.. very nicely done though.. and the sky is equally good.. this is an impressive picture allthough cooming from the middle towards the right bottom is too clear and untouched.. as though there is no storm upclose.. Keep up the work man.. your very good at this.

the sea is simply a terrain with a water texture slapped on it. The spray is post work, because I could find no reasonable way of doing it in 3D.
