Description

My entry for the "Beach & Seaside" contest at C3D, won 2nd prize. Vue 8.4 render, levels/colour correction, framing & signature with Photoshop. Palmtrees with Onyxtree. Over at C3D several have asked me about the "from-dry-to-wet" sand material. Well, it's just 3 mixed materials made altitude sensitive to achieve the falloff effect towards the water. No breaking waves? Nope, the water is too shallow in this laguna, they are further out. Thanks for viewing, comments etc. always welcome and appreciated. Have a nice day - Lars

Stunning work. This is the best rendered beach I have ever seen. That sand and the seaweed is superb. Also love the feel.. seems fresh, yet moody, like a storm is brewing.
