Description

I'd like to dedicate this image to all the victims and heroes of the events occurred nine years ago on September 11th. The palm branch is both a symbol of triumph and victory, and of martyrdom in European cultures. The palm also symbolizes rest and hospitality as well as fertility and economic wealth in many cultures of the Middle East. Hence, today I believe it's a symbol good to think. A bit of postwork was added. Thanks for your kind comments.

Beautiful image and sentiment. The more we remember the commonalities between all cultures, the better the world will be and the less fodder terrorist will have to spread their destructive message. Excellent image and postwork. I love the light of the top palm branch going out from the center.
