Description
I couldn't resist giving it a little tap to make the pollen fall a bit. Without a doubt , that is what make the center glow. I love how purple they are this year. I wanted to share this with all my friends here.
Dave has to have surgery on his rotator cuff. He has been in a lot of pain the last year. I think that's why he hasn't been on much. I am taking care of him. I can't wait for it to be fixed and for him to heal. I love his smile and would love to see it more often.

I'm back for one comment per gallery (which is all I can manage right now), but I wanted to do it since I'm here so little these days, and I wanted to say again that I wish Dave all the very best in his up and coming surgery for his rotator cuff. I hope he heals completely, and is able to take whatever time he needs & desires so he can be whole & filled with his usual energy and love when it's all over. The image is beautiful not just for the pollen "lights" (an apt term), but for the light in the center itself, as if it were a small sun. Also, for the simplicity of the flower in the center of the image, and the restful green all around it...A peaceful but exploding image for us, and a beautiful image for Dave too. If I'm not online when the birthdays come, you know you'll get something regardless on or soon after. But for now, all my best wishes for healing, my love to you both, and my wishes for a great fall up there in god's country, and I hope you are well too Cheri (you haven't exactly been through shangri-la the last few years!)
