Description

Back to my own work once again. Thanks everyone for helping my friend Wayne to agree that his work was good enough for RR. He'll be posting shortly. In the meantime, the picture above was shot early in the morning when the sun was low in the sky. The effect lasted only about thirty or forty seconds and I was about two miles away using my Canon 40D and 200mm L. Luck always plays a big part in any successful shot, I think.

Actually it isnt pollution it is only steam as those are cooling towers, but it is a beautiful shot :D

Yes, luck is certainly an element in a fantastic photo. But having the eye to see and being prepared to capture goes a long way as well. This is a wonderful shot.
