Description
Captured 9/3/10, very early in the morning, within walking distance of my rancorous roost.
Zoom in for a better look.
I was going to include this in a collage, but due to its complexity felt it better to post as a stand alone. For many, a welcome break from my usual run of collages, but just wait til next time!

Yeah!! More shadows!! I like your shadow shots...you always find the coolest angles and places!! If you stare into the shadows here to long your eyes want to keep on going and going...kinda cool.

Rancorous roost, I like that. I'm glad you kept this one single. Excellent capture! Wonderful variety of shadows in both the original structure and the surface the shadow is on. It's interesting to see the differences in the lattice work shadows on the wall, garage door, and stoop. I like the spear like shadows of the little fence. Interesting house. It looks like the entryway steps lead to a wall. Not exactly welcoming, but I guess it opens. It adds to the beauty of the shadows. Excellent capture!

an intersting looking entrance with this nested doors, makes me wonder where it leads to and who might be living there. Like the composition and the colors of this shot and you did so well in deciding it to be a stand alone
