Description

This is for Corey (coreyblack), who had major heart surgery earlier today. Chip (chipka) was with him and called me to say Corey was doing well., He had some rough moments, but is now stable and his doctors are pleased. He has a very long road of recovery ahead of him, but this first huge step has been taken. I cleaned up my patio and painted the chairs, just in case he want to come to California to recuperate!!

I think California is a great place to recuperate, and a clean patio too! WOW! I won't be able to take my laptop into the hospital to show Corey the picture...so I just did the next best thing. Yeah, I should be sleeping, but instead, I'm pointing my camera at my computer screen so I'll show this to Corey tomorrow morning. I'm gonna spend the day with him there (raiding the cafeteria too.) The colors in this are brilliant and incredibly calming: a nice touch since vibrant colors usually induce the urge to eat or dance or jiggle around, but there is a whole restful mood to this and I love the glimpse of your patio. This is fantastic and my camera's display screen doesn't do full justice, but it'll do for tomorrow. This is great and it's quite a touching dedication too! I love this!

Oh yes - I can see Corey sitting there with a nice ice drink justing relaxing in the California sun. I think I'll join him to keep him company! Great news that he has pulled through so nicely! Chip - please send him my love!
