Description
In York Minster is this splendid memorial from Tudor times..250 years later than that of yesterday. What a difference in the depiction of those commemorated....this prosperous, confident pair look us straight in the eye. Those of you with Latin can translate..I can see the date!
I find these memorials really interesting but let me tell you I do have other fun activities!!
I found out more info of the woman whose tomb was yesterday's upload. I rang Hereford cathedral and sent the picture for identification. if you are interested turn back one day.

It was very strange time, woman like in islam ciltural area, woman was quite completely dressed. Well done, high quality capture.
