Het Groene Hart (English: Green Heart)

is a relatively thinly populated area in the Dutch lowlands between the Dutch cities of Rotterdam, Den Haag, Haarlem, Amsterdam and Utrecht. The Green Heart is characterized by its rural character which contrasts the urban areas around it. A part of it is given back to nature, and here 's how it evolved
This picture is dedicated to our friends Mariette an Ab who lives there and gives us this great tour yesterday afternoon.
