Description
I hear a sigh across the floor
Rising with the tumbling thunder
Etched like smoking runes on wood
Beneath the restless shades of moons
Distant wails ring like cracking skies
As frozen plains slumber unheeding
For they cannot be heard but seen
The flickering halls breathe in ether
The sentinels shimmer like visions on water
Chasing the sailing presence
Perspective has long deserted me
I can't tell if I'm dead or dreaming
But does it matter?
Shifting the ether
We'll wake the sentinels together

Wow... the almost techno-organic look of the summoned entity, and the fact that the floor pattern looks almost like circuitry, combines amazingly with the fantasy feel of the rest. i love the almost picasso-esque rough-hewn background behind them, it rivets the eyes on the figures, making them the center of focus for the scene.

fantastic work and concept! reminds me of the summoning in the "mummy" but in a futuristic surreal fantasy, beautiful work....thank you for the pleasure this will sit on my desktop for quite a while
