Description

This is the drone that's doing all the damage in Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Flies at about 30,000 ft, silent, can't be seen. Stays up forever. Sees everything due to extremely high res cameras. Can kill accurately with laser guided ordnance and best of all, it's operated from a desk in the good 'ole US of A! Who needs pilots? Only thing. It's wrongly named - should have called it 'Paradise'.

Think you are fishing for comments on your note about its name. Try "Reaper (grim)". Nice addition to your profiles series.

Thanks Sesh, Reaper is it's Sunday name. MQ-9 is it's real designation. (Can't even say that). Also I never fish for anything, they just throw it at me. Sitting target, I suppose.

It is one impressive piece of technology, alright. Even though I'm American, I can't say that I am totally comfortable with some of the implications of its use.
