I like the cold. Probably because I live in Texas and don't experience much of it. On the few times I have walked along an empty beach, with cold wind blowing in my face, I have felt the sheer beauty and majesty of the Earth. Looking out over the ocean, and feeling winds coming from other lands is a very enriching experience. I get that same feeling looking at this image. The subtle, rich colors, the long view, and the solitary couple, make me think of the immensity of the Earth. Beautiful composition, and capture of the water and sky! Excellent shot!
