Hi all,
Well it's been a wee while since I popped in here, got a bit of free time though so thought I'd upload something and say hey! Things are busy lately, but busy is good, we like busy.
I find I have far less time to devote to online art communities these days (in no small part due to the time-consuming process which is stock photography, bit of a 'free time eater'!) but I'd still like to post for those who've shown an interest in my work (much thanks for the support)... so I'm afraid from now on I may mostly be posting with comments disabled - this way I don't feel guilty for not reciprocating comments if time doesn't allow me that luxury. It may turn out I manage to find a bit of time here and there to schmooze around but in the case I don't I thought I'd 'prewarn' you! I'll still be checking in on those galleries of a few familiar old faces though and I look forward to catching up on your recent works! Hope you're all doing great :)
Here's one from the day before the summer solstice this year... it made the preliminary shortlist for POTY 2010 but that's as far as it went. Still got 5 in the running for LPOTY 2010 though so fingers crossed! Should know the results within a couple weeks though I'm not holding my breath...

I am so glad to see you here. I have missed you excellent art. I wouldnt' worry about disabling comments because you don't have time to comment on others. When you have time you will and when you don't we understand. This is stellar work and the depth sweeps me through the flowers to that glorious horizon and beyond.
