Description

Broughton Castle, one of the prettiest local castles here in the Cotswolds. For some weird reason I forgot about this place until recently when I remembered it might be a good idea to go scope it out a bit... I decided a misty morning would suit the place best and have been keeping an eye on the forecast for a week or two... a few days ago I got the conditions I was waiting for and headed out for dawn. Very little editing to this, just gave it a cooler white balance to get the feel I was after and add a bit of blue into the scene. Though it may almost look like a night shot that's actually the rising sun, not the moon. Adam

Arrrgh, I hate you, I hate you. This picture is so good and so enticing that as soon as I saw it I had the start of a new story running around inside my head. Now I have to go and spend time working out the rest of the story to go with that scene, and that's a problem as I've already got two dozen half written stories I'm trying to finish.
