Description

So, there was a sign that said "Elephant Rock" with and arrow pointing to a small parking lot. I had to see Elephant Rock! We get out and there were signs along the trail leading us to Elephant Rock. It was about a 10-15 minute hike, and it was the end of the afternoon, about an hour or so from sunset. So we were in a hurry, I had another destination in mind for sunset. Anyway, we rushed along the trail in search of the Elephant Rock. We found it, only to discover it was only about a 50 yard walk from the car, along the road... LOL... Why they led us on a twisty hike through the deserty-like red rock terrain, I'll never know :P On the bright side, it only took us a minute to get back to the car! Thanks for stopping by!
