Description
Still in the Valley of Fire, Nevada.
I used a polarizing filter when I took this. Then I had some fun in photoshop. I took one photo and did some editing to it, ended up with 3 versions, Merged them, which I again merged with one of those again, then enhanced the colors a little.
My previous upload, "Elephant Rock". ...and a nice surprise, "Blue Sky, Red Rocks" was chosen for "LWITG 42".
I am off to bake some peanut butter cookies!

Subtle focal point in the center! Lack of plants there narrows like a road toward the mountain! So your POV is wonderful! Colorful contrast, and good depth! Great lighting and scene! Nice work!
