Description
The title is from what the red/gray/gold embroidery combo makes me think of--I'm doing some textures for Prae's Euros and this is the first one that has the maps done, though I have to be sure the .mat files are right. The embroidery is painted (the horse design is for the bug comic, actually); it's not from not a photo. The bump map makes a big difference in how real it looks.
At the moment the textures are kinda big, 3000 by 3000 and a meg apiece, with a diffuse, spec and bump or ambience for each one, so it's getting large 0_o
And this is PD Sam, who has been sitting all neglected in my Runtime. Petra makes cute guys!
The gargoyle is somewhere in the MP as well, I'll look tomorrow. Oh, LOL, they are by designfera, link below;)

Indeed a very Soviet red, gold, and gray on this "celtic" styled attire. I must say Sam looks much more comfortable in it than Rain did! ;) Very intricate painting on the "embroidery" ...impressive!

Now that's an interesting oriental-Celtic fusion! I'm not surprised at the texture size at all. I have a fair number of textures at that size or larger.
