Description

I feel in love with Winterset Iowa in one visit. It has a town square, all the buildings around the town square has a business in them and I didn't find a Wal Mart store, YEAH! Everywhere I went in Iowa i found the peaople very nice and easy to talk to they told me I was a week to early, they have the covered bridge fall festival the second weekend of October they shut down the square and venders come in and feel it up, with good eats and festivities for the weekend. They tried to get me to come back for the festival sadly I chose not too. When I go back, it will be on that weekend I missed many sites this time around got in to big of a hurry. Sad thing is I didn’t need to be, old habits are hard to brake. Thanks for stopping by and for any comments you care to leave. Thanks for the favs on my last post.

Great building and photo...we found a similar court house and surrounding situation in Cottonwood Falls, Kansas last October. The midwest has so much to offer that folks from elsewhere have no idea about!
