Description
The Witches Tower in Ladenburg / Germany.
It is a part of the city wall built in 1200. Witches were not burned in Ladenburg.
The tower contained a prison on the ground floor for thieves and other criminals. The door was one story high.
From there, the thieves were been thrown into the so-called "hole".
Thanks for looking.
