Description

The Inquisitor-Class Commandship, a heavily armored multi-role vessel with extensive command and control systems, a wing of fighters and a powerful missile system. Its arms and heavy armor make it excellent for sieging fortified star systems, attacking well-defended orbital assets and conducting planetary bombardments. Its fighters are often replaced with troop drop ships or bombers for such operations. This ship was developed as a command ship by the Colonies of the Line for defending against threats from the Sea of Dead Stars. The Terran Protectorate, which has left the sector more and more under independent control as the war draws their attention to cooper sector, are both unaware of the numbers and capabilities of this and other vessels being made by Those Who Stand the Line. They are also woefully unaware of the rebellious mood building among the militant, somewhat fanatical and battle-hardened colonies.
