Description
This is one of the loveliest times of the year. For a couple of weeks we are treated to a dazzling display of colour. In the States they call it 'The Fall', but I think they really mean the bit before the leaves actually drop from the trees. Whatever, the year is on its way out and doing so with a wonderful flourish. I consider myself fortunate to live in this wonderful countryside and pleased to be able to share some of it with you all.

A most elegant capture! Tans, golds, and yellows with sunlight mixed in make this picture a truly awesome sight. Splotches of light both left and right add so much realism! I check out hundreds of landscape pictures each week. They are inspirational for VUE artists like me. Of all pictures I have sceen recently, this is the best "Masterpiece." Fantastic work! Fav!!!!

I'm pleased that you shared it. Our "fall" in Kansas has not been very beautiful. Too dry and warm. So it's nice to be able to share someone else's good fortune.
