Description
Continuing to work on my Harvest Time project, all the carts and barrows and now UV mapped of which I learnt a lot along the way. I think I'm getting pretty competent in UV mapping now (fingers crossed something of which I used to have no understanding off and would resort to cubic mapping seamless tiles. Which is bad yes?
So tonight I sat down and starting UV mapping the tools for the pack. Saw is done and then it was onto the pick axe.
Managed to unwarp the UV of the pick axe head by selecting edges and using an ABF realign on the seleted geom which turned out a nice map with a little tweaking I got it how I wanted it. Wanted to avoid using a box map on this one.
So here is the result of said UV test, threw together a quick texture and just fell in love with it so thought I'd post a quick shot for you. Textures need tweaking but hey it's a start :)
