Description

Hi Everyboy Thanks so much for all your previous comments. I really appreciate it. This was taken from my hotel room. I must admit, I didn't have a tripod there since it is too difficult to fly it around. A funny thing that happened in Durban... I attended a conference and the one day parked outside in the street. There was no parking left under the building. When I got out they impounded the car we hired. R700 later the car was out and we could drive again. The Metro Police in Durban is very strict and for someone like me who comes from such a small town it was strange to see traffic police being so committed to what they do. :) Have a nice day and thanks for looking. Colene

Colene try to get a minipod. That is more or less like a tripod but with only 1 leg.I know they can fold up and will be much comfortable to have around then a tripod.

Memories! I have not been to Durban since my 8th birthday there! I find the headlights on the cars interesting - it looks like they were all going in reverse given the light trails. Unless they are a glow created in a bit of mist. Well done, Clive

Colene, this is such a spectacular view and you did a wonderful job of capturing it here. Sorry about the problems and like you being from a small town it's hard to understand why the police in larger cities act as they do.

This is very nice. I don't think the lack of a tripod hurt you at all. Well done

I don't think I'd relish lugging around a tripod at the best of times! Ah, traffic police, here that's taken care of by city bylaw officers, and they do tend to get a bit zealous.

Oh its beautiful. I can almost hear the sound of the ocean...the roar of the nightlife, and can feel the humidity of Durban on my skin!
