Description

Hi Everybody Thanks so much for your previous comments and favourites. You guys are very generous. Before I start running around today I load this for you to see. It is not so much about the photo, but more about the art that it is. This is done by a sand artist or beach artist. You pay them R5 to take photos of it. They nurse these sculptures by keeping them wet and reworking them every now and then. They are very much dependent on tourists to give them tips. Thanks for looking and have a nice day! Colene

Great shadows to highlight the work. It look like it just made it across the beach before the 4x4 came along! I have not spotted any of this job creation (?!) on the beaches of Cape Town... Clive

Wonderful capture I'd pay to get at least a photo of the finished product and maybe a picture of the sculpture

Sand sculptures always amaze me - I disagree that it is not so much about the photo, I think your angle and POV shows this off superbly!
