Description
So - put yourself in my position. I vacate the wet stuff, not because I actually want to you understand, but - hey! Who pees in their own bathwater right? I mean - come on!
So - off I wander, in search of a clean amenity to deposit that which is unnecessary to my wellbeing and not only did I have to travel miles, but when I eventually located, by now a much required amenity that even pretended to be clean, no toilet paper and the lock didn't work!!
Now you tell me! Would you bop without a lock? No. That's what I thought! Dignity is everything! Without that, what are you?
A slug....that's what! And we ALL know what they're like!
Anyway, I eventually found a vacated and upside down crab shell and a dock leaf, and although it wasn't exactly spotless (seagulls you know!), at least it was relatively private!
So here I am, very relieved (excuse the pun) to be on my way home....only it seems someone moved it while I was away! Another reason we shell persons should insist on more of the necessary amenities around here!
Oh well. Can't stop here chatting all day. I need to get moving or 'er indoors will have smoke blowing out her....shell! Nice talking with you....
Thankyou for taking the time to look. ^=^

Very hilarious Carpathia, you are a man after my own heart!!! You also realize that the P is silent as in bath!! You can't blame it for being a bit crabby!! Nice shot.

This is incredible...both written and visual. When I saw the thumbnail, I thought of those wandering rocks that dot the Midwestern USA...they were picked up and carried along by glaciers. When the glaciers melted, the rocks were left stranded kilometers away from home. Okay, upon closer inspection this isn't a simple migrating rock, and it's most definitely not glacier carried, but the thought did stick with me. And in terms of this image, it's astonishingly gorgeous: precisely the sort of thing I'd stop to photograph and savor. I loved the narrative as well, it ranks up there with Jorje Luis-Borghes describing a particular, diminutive room that satisfies "fecal necessity." I love delicate euphemisms for indelicate bodily functions. This is superb, and I'm glad to have begun the very slow process of catching up with your gallery.
