Waves at daybreak are always such a pleasure. They always remind me of those unseen and unremembered thoughts that come to you just as you're about to wake up but are not yet fully awake. The color is amazing here, very indistinct but grabbing nonetheless...you really captured the waves and their patterns perfectly and needless to say, I like that a lot! This is fantastic work!

Gorgeous photo! I'm with Chipka, as to those unbidden thoughts that coime into mind. Like some memories from another life. You can ... almost ... touch what was.

What makes this for me is the swell around the waves. Nature in fluid motion.

I hear the surf calling me. I also need to get to the beach for a re-energizing session. Great colors and capture!

Stellar shot. The light is perfect to soften and highlight those curls.

Gorgeous capture of what look like caramel colored humpbacked whales cavorting through the ocean in this excellent photo, Maz! And, I sea dreams in my sleep every night.

well you told me that this was pretty deep into the water...but then, are those people spotting the surface? And if so, what are they standing on? (Well, it looks like people standing...) Anyway, the waves are amazing, you got an almost spun-silk texture, and we can see the 'strands' stretching out across the frame. The spray on top of the crests makes the waves seem even more made of fabric, and the alignment of these waves, going back into the shot, is like a procession. It's just got so much going for it, and the color---early day reddish gold---is just magic here. One of those shots where you caught everything working together...it's magic, marilyn.
