Description

Bryce7Pro/DazStudio3/Photoshop Last night I heard noises at the back of the garden, near a large rock wall, and after a few minutes decided to check it out.Over the past few nights there has been something digging up the last of the Winter vegetables, and it had rummaged through the garbage can, leaving a mess all over the carport.Determined to find out what it was once and for all,I quickly dressed and grabbed my camera.Slipping quietly out the side door and slowly creeping down the back,I could hear strange grunts and wheezing. As I burst out from behind the woodpile and pressed the shutter of the camera, the flash lit up the darkness for an instant, and a horrific squeel could be heard, followed by the frantic flight of a startled creature. When my heart started again,I made my way back to the house on wobbly legs.Once in side I searched the camera for the last shot, and was amazed to find this image! Now,how to go about catching it on a night when everyone is dressed up as demons and goblins, monsters and freaks? Rendered in Bryce7Pro using the Goblinz model from Sixus1(posed in DazStudio).Sky was turned off,as was sun,and two radial lights with moderate falloff and soft shadows provide the only light in the scene. Two terrains turned on end, rendered in a Pro Material cave texture were used for the rock walls. The ground is another terrain rendered in a Daz Seriously Real Material.A large sphere with a volumetric cloud materail creates the background fog effect.Rendered in Premium with soft shadows and DOF selected...11 hours to render.Postwork involved a levels boost, signature and resizing. Thanks for viewing and any comments. HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO ALL AT RENDEROSITY!

Your capture gives credence to those things that rummage through garbage or your vegetable garden in the dead of night.
